HOWARD ELLIS has over 50 years experience, with knowledge and hands on working experience that’s second to none. After graduating with his degree in Textile Engineering and Design from Philadelphia University, Howard spent 21 years at Symphony Fabrics as their Vice President of Knitting and Head of Fabric Development. This was merely the beginning of his incredible journey to success in design and fabric development.
- His career is unparalleled in the fashion business. Howard’s talent in development of raw fabrics with world-wide experience is sought by many companies. Retailers and major brand houses alike, seek his wisdom and knowledge when their desire turns to new innovations in fabrications. Much like Ron Liffman, Howards passion comes down to passing his immense vault of knowledge on to future generations. To further that end, he still teaches ‘Fibers to Fabric’ classes at Fashion Institute of Technology as well as guest lecturing at Parsons.
- ASA’s commitment to excellence at every level, is never more evident than it is in our medical products. Media and politicians talk about improving America’s production and adding new jobs to improve our economy, but we’re doing it. We have the utmost confidence that the high tech world of tomorrow is in great hands with our following generations, and these veteran leaders are passing the necessary acumen on, every day. Medical products, made in the USA, is essential ... not simply to America, but to the entire world. Caregivers of all kinds depend on us, and we gladly accept that responsibility. Quality of life, and often life itself depends on these products being the best they can be.
